Is this a subscription?

Only if you want one. Basic is a one-time purchase. Pro is either one-time or monthly — your choice. Enterprise is billed monthly per seat, and you can add seats, remove them or cancel whenever you like.

What does the AI actually do?

On Pro and Enterprise, the AI Edit Assistant takes plain instructions — “cut the silences”, “tighten this take” — and makes the edit on your timeline, with one undo to reverse it. AI captions & titles writes captions from your audio and drafts titles and lower thirds.

What counts as one seat?

One editor. Install it on the one machine that editor works on. Moving to a new computer? Deactivate the old one first.

Can I use it on paid client work?

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Basic is for personal projects.

Do updates cost extra?

On Pro and Enterprise, updates are free. Basic stays on the version you bought, and it keeps working.

We need an invoice and a PO.

That is what Enterprise is for. Tell us the seat count and we will raise an invoice against your purchase order.

Someone is leaving the team.

On Enterprise, move their seat to whoever replaces them. Basic and Pro licences stay with the editor who bought them.
