1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and [Legal company name], [registered address] (“Editbelt”, “we”). By buying or using Editbelt you agree to them.

2. What you get

Editbelt is an extension panel for Adobe Premiere Pro. Buying a licence gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use it as described below. You are buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself.

3. Licences

• Basic — one person, on one computer. Paid once.
• Pro — as Basic, plus commercial use, free updates, the AI features and upcoming tools. Paid once, or billed monthly until you cancel.
• Enterprise — one seat per person, each seat on one computer. Billed monthly per seat. Seats can be moved to another person on your team.

Pro and Enterprise cover commercial and client work. Basic is for personal use.

4. Enterprise billing

Enterprise renews every month until you cancel. You can add or remove seats at any time; changes apply from the next billing date. If you cancel, your seats keep working until the end of the month you have paid for.

5. What you can’t do

• Share, resell or publish your licence key.
• Install it on more computers than your licence allows.
• Copy, modify or reverse engineer the panel, except where the law says you may.

6. Updates

Updates are free on both licences. Enterprise seats also get new tools as they ship. We may change or retire features, but the version you have keeps working.

7. Warranty and liability

Editbelt is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but always keep backups of your projects. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending a licence

If you break these terms we may disable your licence key. You can stop using Editbelt at any time.

9. Changes and contact
